MatLab

MATLAB is a high-level programming language and environment widely used for data visualization and analysis.
It offers powerful built-in functions for creating plots, charts, and graphical representations of data. With its advanced visualization tools, MATLAB helps users explore patterns, detect trends, and present insights effectively.

Tech Kits

Tech Kits are part of the walk-in service provided by Innovate Labs. There are three levels of difficulty meant for different users and their experience with the different technologies. Many of the Tech Kits build off each other as you progress.

Beginner

Introduction to MATLAB

Length: 60 - 90 Minutes

Description: In this beginner tech kit, participants will learn the fundamentals of MATLAB—from data types and variables to working with arrays and matrices—and create first basic plots.

Intermediate

Exploring Data Visualization with MATLAB

Length: 60 - 90 Minutes

Description: In this intermediate tech kit, participants will further learn the basics of MATLAB Language with the concepts like if-else, loops and functions and how it can be used in creating visualizations. Participants will also create few of the visualization which are useful for data analysis.

Advanced

Visualizing & Creating 3D Plots with MATLAB

Length: 60 - 90 Minutes

Description: In this advanced tech kit, participants learn how to apply seismic data analysis and 3D plotting techniques to earthquake datasets so they can uncover and interpret patterns in seismic activity.
